This policy explains what Dwellvo collects through this website, why, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to access, correct or delete it. It covers the dwellvo.com marketing website and its three forms: homeowner early access, contractor interest and business partnership. It does not cover the Dwellvo app, which isn't open to the public yet. We'll publish app privacy information before it is.

Who we are

This website is operated by Dwellvo ("Dwellvo", "we", "us"). For anything about privacy, including requests about your information, email support@dwellvo.com.

What we collect

Just by visiting, we ask you for nothing. When you send a form, we receive what you type into it:

Homeowner early access: name, email, and city or ZIP code.
Contractor interest: name, company, email, service categories and service area.
Business partnership: name, company, work email and your message.

We also record the time you sent it. Please don't put sensitive information, such as payment details, passwords or health details, in a form.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser details and the page requested so it can deliver and protect the site. To prevent abuse, our form handler also processes your IP address temporarily, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. We don't save it in our mailboxes or add it to the email we receive.

Cookies and tracking. This website currently uses no advertising trackers, no analytics and no cookies, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this site. If we ever add any of these, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, manage early-access interest, and send relevant launch updates about Dwellvo. Early access is limited, and sending a form doesn't guarantee a place. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time by replying to one or emailing support@dwellvo.com.

Who helps us handle it

We use these service providers to run the website and the forms. They handle information only to provide their service to us.

Vercel hosts the website and runs the form handler. It keeps technical and security logs, including IP addresses.
Resend delivers the email that carries your form submission to us. It may keep records of the emails it sends.
Google Workspace provides Dwellvo's email, where submissions are received and kept.

These providers may process information in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people or our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We review them periodically and delete them when we no longer need them, unless a legal obligation says otherwise. We haven't set an automatic deletion schedule. Our providers keep their own logs for their own periods.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@dwellvo.com from the address you used. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor requests as applicable law requires.

Where we operate

Dwellvo initially serves the United States, starting in Columbia, SC, and this website is run from the United States. Anyone can send a form. If you are outside the United States, your information will be handled in the United States, and privacy laws where you live may still apply to us.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions go straight to our email through our providers, are checked for size and format, and aren't published or put on a shared page. Access to the mailboxes is limited to people at Dwellvo who need it. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@dwellvo.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll post any change here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you've already sent, we'll tell you first.
